秦岭中段南坡NDVI格局与生境质量变化研究 被引量:11

Research on NDVI Patterns and Its Application to Habitat Quality Change on Southern Slope of the Middle Qinling Mountains,China

摘要 以秦岭的佛坪和观音山2个自然保护区为例,利用1988年和1997年的TM影像、野外调查样点以及高程和坡向空间数据,通过生成生境类型图和计算NDVI,从3个尺度上分析生境质量变化和NDVI格局变化之间的关系,即整个区域尺度,保护区尺度以及生境类型尺度.此外,文章还分析了导致生境质量变化的驱动因子.研究结果表明:①整个区域的NDVI曲线有所偏移,但其形状特征保持不变,表明生境类型稳定;②2个保护区的NDVI曲线的峰值变化截然相反,但整体NDVI值都减小,生境质量变化较大;③在8个生境类型中,针阔叶混交林、阔叶林和草灌的NDVI有较明显的下降,生境质量变化较大;针叶林、竹林、农田和居民点、水域以及裸地和岩石的NDVI基本保持不变,生境质量稳定. It is an essential issue to inspect the quality and spatial pattern of the giant panda's habitat and analyze the factors driving the occurred habitat changes. The aim of this study is to analyze the giant panda's habitat quality changes through detecting Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) patterns in Foping and Guanyinshan Nature Reserves (NRs) in the middle Qinling Mountains. The data included Landsat TM images of 1988 and 1997,field survey samples,Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and Aspect Model. 8 habitat types were defined and mapped. By mapping habitat types and NDVI patterns through supervised classification and NDVI calculation respectively, each habitat type was correlated with the corresponding NDVI pattern on 3 spatial scales, i. e., whole study area, nature reserve, and habitat type. Furthermore, the driving factors causing habitat quality changes were discussed. The obtained results showed that ①NDVI frequency distribution curve of 1997 shifted to a certain extent compared with that of 1988 ,while the shapes of two curves maintained with little change ,which indicated that the habitat types remained constant; ②The peak value of NDVI frequency distribution curve of Foping NR increased,however,that of Gaanyinshan NR decreased. The NDVI values of 2 NRs all declined in 1997; ③Among 8 habitat types, the NDVI values of mixed conifer and broadleaf forest, broadleaf forest, and shrub-grass-herb land decreased obviously,which implied that the habitat quality had changed distinctly. The NDVI values of conifer forest, bamboo, farmlands and settlements, water area, and rock-bare land had little change, which indicated that their quality remained relatively same as before.
