摘要
试验表明,同传统的"先易后难"教学方法相比,采用"完整—分解—完整"教学法对少年运动员进行训练指导能取得较好的效果。此方法的关键在于是在训练之初就让学员了解举重动作的全过程,然后针对各个分解动作进行精练,在此基础上把各个分解动作串联起来,形成完整动作。
Experiments made have shown that compared with the traditional teaching method of"From easy to difficult', better reasults can be achievad by adopting the method of"Complete - Individual - Complete"in the process of teaching and training the juvenile athletes techniques of weight lifting..loin the individual movements together to form the complete movement of weight lifting on the basis of training each individual movement perfectly.
