摘要
通过对我国普通高校体育选项课教学进行调查与分析,指出我国高校体育教学必须进一步改革,才能更好地发展,提出应以学生为主体,结合终身体育对高校体育教育的要求,提出改革的对策,旨在为促进高校体育课教学改革的不断发展,提供参考和借鉴作用。
The article presents a survey and analysis of the optional courses in physical education（P.E.） teaching in the general institution of higher learning in our country,pointing out that P.E.teaching must be reformed before it will have its full development.Meanwhile,it also put forward a student-centered teaching strategy combining with the need the society reqires,aiming to providing some valuable references in boosting the development in our P.E.teaching reform.
