摘要
讨论了甲壳素类生物医学纤维的制备技术,包括湿法纺丝、干法纺丝、干湿法纺丝、液晶纺丝、静电法纺丝和发酵法;介绍了甲壳素类生物医学纤维的主要用途,包括创面敷料、手术缝合线、牙周再生片、神经再生导管、人工肾透析器、止血用品,抗茵用纺织品、医用纤维纸和组织工程材料。
In this paper, the preparing technology of biomedical fibers based on chitin and its derivatives is discussed including wet spinning,dry spinning, wet-dry spinning, spinning from crystalline state, electrospinning and zymolysis. The application of these fibers is introduced such as wound dressing, suture,membranes for periodontal guided tissue regeneration,conduit for nerve regeneration, artificial kidney dialyzer, hemostatic textiles, antibacterial textiles, medical fiber paper and materials for tissue engineering.
