摘要
分析了建设项目设计招标中存在的问题，指出了设计招标的特点，提出了完善设计招标应有的市场运行环境和如何解决设计招标文件编制中的几个技术问题。
Some problems about design tender of construction engineering are analysed. The features of design tender are pointed out. And the due moving circumstances for perfecting design tender and the way to savle the technical probems of bid document are put forward.
