摘要
针对制造业ERP在决策支持方面的不足,采用数据仓库和数据挖掘技术进行改进。通过构建数据仓库,利用联机分析处理和数据挖掘技术,把原来的销售管理系统扩展为销售决策支持系统,从而将企业ERP的海量数据转换为决策信息。并通过实例介绍了基于神经网络的数据挖掘在销售预测方面的应用。
An improvement method based on DM and DW is given to resolve the deficiency of manufacturing industry ERP in decision support. With the aid of DW（data warehouse） DM（data mining）,and OLAP（on-line analysis processing）, the sales data of ERP is transformed into information of decision. In the end, an instance is introduced to show how the DM based on neural network used in salesforecasting.
