摘要
以DSP芯片TMS320LF2407为主处理单元,功率变换部分采用双管正激电路,提出一种具有数字预测的非线性PID控制器。设计并实现了模块化高压输入航空静止DC/DC变换器原理样机,给出了该样机的总体结构方案、关键硬件电路、相应的软件流程和实验结论。基于5kW样机的实验结果表明,这种数字式预测非线性PID控制能使DC/DC变换器具有良好的动、静态特性。
This paper brings forward a digital forecast nonlinear PID controller which uses DSP chip TMS320LF2407 as its main disposal unit and adopts the double switch forward circuit for its power transformation unit.The modularized high voltage input aviation quiescent DC-DC convertor sample is designed,including the whole structure plan, key hardware circuit,relevant software flow chart and experimental results.The experimental results on 5 kW sample indicate that digital forecast nonlinear PID control can bring DC-DC converter better dynamic and static characteristic.
