摘要
文章在分析国内外海员市场现状及我国海船高级船员供应能力的基础上,从航海教育的角度,结合我国航海教育与培训实践,探讨了解决高素质船员可持续发展的问题的途径,并展望了未来高等航海教育发展的方向。
This paper briefly analyses the present situation and demands of international as well as China＇s seafarer market, puts forward some measures for realizing sustainable development of high quality seafarers in China and makes prospects towards the future of higher maritime education by reviewing the achievements made in maritime education and practice.

刘正江（1959-）男，江苏如皋人，博士，教授，大连海事大学航海学院院长兼国际海事公约研究中心主任，从事航海技术、航海教育研究。
吴兆麟（1947-）江苏盐城人，教授、博导，曾任大连海事大学校长，多年来从事海上船舶避碰、海上交通工程、海上交通安全管理 、航海教育领域的教学、科研、学科建设、研究生培养和社会咨询服务工作。
