摘要
目的:了解军队医院一线医护人员的精神卫生状况,分析影响医护人员心理健康的因素。方法:按比例抽样的方法对我院480名医务人员采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)自评问卷测试,同时填写一般情况表进行评定。结果:19.17%医务人员存在不同程度的心理问题,其中以强迫(12.50%)、抑郁(12.29%)和敌对(11.04%)问题最常见,与全国人群常模比较差异有显著性。结论:军队医务人员的心理健康状况与一般人群比较相对较差。
Objective： To get the message of mental health in the military hospital staff and to analyze the factors which influnce their mental health. Method：480 military hospital staff was proportionately sampled from Xijing hospital, symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） and general state of health test and measurement were adminstered on this sampled population. Results：About 19.17% of military hospital staff has mental health problems,of which obsession （ 12, 50% ） ,depression （ 12.29% ） and hostility （ 11.04% ） were most common, and significantly higher scores than the national norms. Conclusion：The mental health condition of the military hospital staff is a little worse than that of the common people.
