摘要
为了快速、准确地对断路器将要发生的故障或已经发生的故障进行预报、分析和诊断,确定故障的性质、类别、原因、部位,笔者基于模糊诊断理论提出了高压SF6断路器的模糊故障诊断的数学模型,并根据统计分析了高压SF6断路器的常见故障和多发故障,确定了对高压SF6断路器的在线监测项目以及状态监测量与故障之间的对应关系,建立了高压SF6断路器的故障集、故障征兆集和模糊关系矩阵,并给出了最佳的模糊算子和故障诊断原则。实例验证表明:该算法使用方便,结论可信度高,可广泛应用于高压断路器的故障诊断中。
In order to quickly and accurately forecast, analyze, and diagnose faults in circuit breaker, and determine fault nature, type, cause, and location, a diagnosis model of HV SF6 circuit breaker based on fuzzy diagnosis theory was presented. According to the analysis and statistics of the common failures, the on-line monitoring items of SF6 circuit breaker as well as the relationship between the characteristic parameters and the failures of CB was determined., Subsequently, the failures array, failure symptoms array and fuzzy relational matrix were established, and the optimum fuzzy operator and diagnosis rules were given. A case study verified the convenience and the reliability of the algorithm.
