摘要
介绍了低能离子诱变育种新技术的特点,包括对生物体生理损伤小、诱变谱广、诱变频率高,并有一定的重复性和方向性等;同时概述了不同低能离子束注入生物体的作用机理,以及注入的低能离子对遗传大分子的直接作用、DNA修复机制的影响和诱发自由基等生物学效应的研究进展。
Low energy ion beam as a new mutagenic source applied in mutagenic breeding, had some new characteristics with low physiological damage to organisms, high mutation rate and wide mutational spectrum, and mutated in the direction and good reproducibility. The paper overviewed the recent advances on mutagenic mechanism, and biological effects on directed damage to DNA, DNA repair mechanism and formation of free radicals when the living organisms were implanted different kinds of low energy ions.
