摘要
目的研究探讨电子胃镜、侧入给氧内镜面罩及无创通气呼吸机联用治疗慢性肺心病人上消化道大出血或反复出血的临床应用前景。方法回顾性分析ICU病区慢性肺心病人上消化道大出血或反复出血病例共41例,观察应用电子胃镜、侧入给氧内镜面罩及无创通气呼吸机的治疗效果。结果41例慢性肺心病患者中38例抢救成功。结论应用电子胃镜、侧入给氧内镜面罩及无创通气呼吸机,对抢救慢性肺心病人上消化道大出血或反复出血患者,是安全可靠、有效的措施,有推广应用前景。
Objective： To investigate the application foreground about treatment of pulmonary heart disease with upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage or bleeding repeatedly by combined-application of electronic gastroscope, mirror mask oxygen-provideing by side and noninvasive ventilation machine.
Methods： Retrospective analysis of 41 chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage or bleeding repeatedly in ICU in order to observe curative effects by combined-application of electronic gastroscope, mirror mask oxygenprovideing by side and noninvasive ventilation machine. Result： 38 cases of 41 patients were cured successfully. Conclusion： The treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage by combined-application of electronic gastroscope, mirror mask oxygen-provideing by side and noninvasive ventilation machine was proved to be safe, reliable, effective, in possesion of value of being extended widely.
