摘要
高校采用教务管理信息系统后的教务管理具有高度共享数据、严格的标准化要求、密切的协调与关联、网络化及数据的透明性、在数据量上的不敏感性等特点。基于这些特点,信息化下的二级教学管理运行机制改革,要注意调整管理岗位及职能,改革管理流程,强化管理人员责任意识,进行适当授权与监督,改进服务,教学决策要依据信息化,还要培养各级管理人员及师生的信息化意识。
The teaching management has the characteristics of high - sharing of data, strict requirements of standardization, consanguineous harmony and relating, networked and transparence of data, slowness on data and so on. Based on these characteristics, the reform of secondary teaching management operation mechanism with information should pay attention to adjusting management post and function, reforming the flow of management, intensifying responsibility consciousness of the managers, malting appropriate authorization and surveillance, improving service, making teaching decision according to information, fostering the information consciousness of managers, teachers and students.
