摘要
对不同长度的研磨平尺用两种不同长度长平晶在等倾干涉装置上检定的不确定度进行了评定,其中包括分段法不够一整段时的评定。指出误差分量要分清是影响空气层厚度测量的,还是影响直线度测量的;在用分段法测量时要分清随机误差与系统误差对直线度测量不确定度的影响是不同的。其温度误差分为随机误差和系统误差两部分。在不同情况应该用不同的数学模型。
The uncertainties for verifying all kinds of abraded straight rulers with different length on interferential installation with isoclinic circle fringe by two kinds plane optical bars were evaluated in this paper. Among the uncertainty evaluations, the situation of subsection also was evaluated. The necessary for distinguishing the error component caused by air-layer thickness measurement or that caused by straightness measurement of straight ruler was pointed out, it should also be emphasized that straightness measurement uncertainties caused by accidental errors and systematic errors be different in sectional measurement. And the temperature error could be ,divided into accidental error and systematic error. Also, different mathematical model must be employed under different circumstances.
