摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法和引入柠檬酸、硬脂酸、草酸3种不同的有机配体制备纳米ZnO粉体,将制备的ZnO粉体添加到无卤膨胀阻燃聚丙烯(IFR/PP)中,考察不同配体制备的纳米ZnO与无卤阻燃剂的协同作用对IFR/PP材料阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,硬脂酸配体Sol-Gel法制备的纳米ZnO粉体可显著增加IFR/PP材料高温残炭率、改善炭层致密度,从而提高其阻燃性能。
The powders of nanometer ZnO were prepared by sol-gel method and bringing in 3 different organic coordination agents (stearic acid, citric acid, and oxalic acid), and then the Intumescent flame retardant/Polypropylene (IFR/PP) were prepared by adding the nanometer ZnO. The effect of synergistic action between nanometer ZnO and Halogen free flame retardants on flame retardancy of IFR/PP materials was studied. The results show that nanometer ZnO prepared by stearic acid organic coordination agents sol-gel method improved compact degree of carbon layer, increased the high temperature carbon residues and the flame retardancy of IFR/PP.
