摘要
勤工助学是高校资助工作的有机组成部分,是提高大学生综合素质和资助家庭经济困难学生的有效途径,具有重要的育人功能。本文通过对高校勤工助学育人功能的分析,结合存在的问题,就当前如何进一步发挥勤工助学的育人功能提出几点建议。
Work - study program is an integral part of the aiding in the university, which is an effective way to improve the overall quality of university students and the straitened students and is an important function of educating people. Based on the analysis of function of the college work - study program, the paper will put forward some proposals with the existing problems about how to play the function of educating at present.
