摘要
研究了采用回转窑还原挥发—磁选富集—硫酸浸出法从湿法炼锌浸出渣中回收镓。结果表明,对镓品位543 g/t的某湿法炼锌浸出渣,在1100℃温度下还原焙烧150 min,得到镓品位大于1500 g/t的镓铁精矿,镓回收率不低于90%。镓铁精矿用10%的H_2SO_4溶液浸出7 h,镓浸出率可达98%。
Recovery of gallium from leaching residue of zinc hydrometallurgy by rotary kiln reduction volatilization-magnetic separation-leaching of gallium with sulfuric acid process is investigated. Gallium grade in the leaching residue is 543 g/t. The gallium-iron concentrate which gallium grade is more than 1500 g/t can be received by reduction roasting for 150 min under 1 100 ℃. Recovery of gallium is not less than 90%. The leaching rate of gallium can reach to 98% when gallium-iron concentrate is leached with sulfuric acid.
