摘要
介绍了电气设备单一绝缘结构与复合绝缘结构热老化寿命的评定技术,阐述了核电站电气贯穿件复合绝缘结构热老化寿命试验样品和老化温度的选取、失效判据及试验方法.试验结果表明,在相同的使用环境温度下,采用均压旋锻复合绝缘密封结构的核电站电气贯穿芯棒热老化寿命明显高于对照产品,其热失效的主要因素是机械性能而不是电气性能.
A thermal aging life assessment way for single and complex insulating structures of electrical facility is being presented. The specific sampling way, the determination of aging temperature, the failure criteria as well as the test method for studying thermal aging life of complex insulating structures of electric penetration assemblies for nuclear power stations are described. Test results show that under same environmental temperature conditions, the life of electric feedthrough poles with complex insulating structures, formed by rotary forging and equalized pressures, is obviously better than that of contrast ones. The main cause of failure comes from the weakening of mechanical property but not electrical performance of materials.
