摘要
外语教育政策和规划关系到我国教育工作的全局。本文结合我国目前外语教育的现状,通过对我国建国以来外语教育政策的回顾以及与美国、澳大利亚、法国外语教育政策的对比分析,尝试性地提出了我国目前外语教育中存在的四对矛盾,并提出相应的解决办法,以期对我国外语教育政策和规划的制定有一定的参考意义。
The policy and planning of foreign languages education concerns the overall situation of our country＇s education. This paper analyzes the present conditions in China＇s foreign languages education, reviews the foreign language educational policy of China since the national foundation and compares it with the foreign language educational policy of America, Australia and France. The paper also presents four contradictions in China＇s foreign language education and gives some solutions, hoping that it can be helpful in formulating the foreign language education policy and planning of China.
