摘要
应用计算机辅助设计确立圆钻型宝石款式是宝石加工发展的需求。本文根据圆钻型刻面宝石款式设计的基本原则与要求,尝试建立圆钻型款式设计的数学模型。通过优化经验参数,在计算机上实现圆钻型款式自动绘制三维图型对不同折射率的宝石,进行圆钻型款式设计,以使得其获得最大的亮度值。该模型充分考虑冠角、亭角、台面比例三个对亮度影响最大的参数,跟踪计算亮度值展开随款式参数组合变化而变化的效果。圆钻型款式的计算机辅助设计优化程序和绘图程序运用matlab语言编写。在绘图程序中,调用参数,自动成图,从不同角度可观察三维立体圆钻型款式模型。
The computer aided design system for the round - brilliant - cutting gems is demanded by the development of gems processing. The paper has based on the principles of gems' cutting design. The mathematical mode/for the design of the round brilliant cutting, which was used to optimize the experience parameters, has been built. The 3D graphic model of round - brilliant - cutting gems could be drawn. The style of the round - brilliant - cut gems with different refractive index was designed to gain its maximum brilliance value. As to the model of the round - brilliant - cutting, the paper focuses on three parameters-crown angle, pavilion angle and table size, which are all very important to the gem's brilliance. The mathematical model examined how brilliance values were changed with the cutting proportions. The paper presented a computer aided design system for the round - brilliant - cutting gems by using MATLAB program language. In the plotting program, the parameters of the round - brilliant - cutting gems could be transfer to observe the three dimension plot from any angle.
