摘要
提出了用有限元法分析脊位置不对称双脊波导的主模截止波长,并给出了几种特殊情形下的场结构图,得到了主模截止波长分别在脊位置变化、脊宽变化及脊高变化时的变化规律.通过编程计算了不对称双脊波导的截止波长,给出了曲线图.计算结果与相关文献非常吻合,说明所编程序及所给数据是正确的.通过与相关文献对比发现,不对称双脊波导比对称双脊波导与单脊波导主模的截止波长更长.
This paper proposes to apply finite element method to analyze main mode cutoff wavelength of asymmetrical ridge site double-ridge waveguide, and provides the field patterns under several special situations. The variable regularity of the main mode cutoff wavelength is obtained when the ridge site, the ridged width and the ridged height vary. This paper computes the cutoff wavelength of asymmetrical doubleridged waveguide with programming and some figures are presented. The results are very close to ones in related literatures, which proves that the program and the data in this paper are right. Through comparing with the related documents it is found that the main mode cutoff wavelength of asymmetric double ridged waveguide is longer than that of symmetric double ridged waveguide and that of single ridged waveguide.
