Developments and Applications of Nondestructive Tests for Wood in North America

摘要 对北美木材无损检测技术的研究与应用进行了阐述,并对应力波、超声波和声发射技术的应用情况、现存问题进行简要分析,为今后在我国推广木材无损检测技术提供了参考。 Current developments and applications of nondestructive testing (NDT) on wood and wood products in North America, from a literature search, are presented. Advantages and disadvantages of most commonly-used NDT techniques, such as visual inspection, stress wave, vibration, computer tomography, and acoustic emission, are discussed. This paper is expected to provide useful guidance to the application and practice for using advanced NDT technology in China' s wood industrv.
