摘要
人性化管理是现代企业流行的管理模式。通过分析研究人性化管理和思想政治教育的相通之处,更好地发挥企业思想政治工作在管理人、帮助人、提升人方面的作用,使企业人性化管理得到更完善的发展,藉此阐明思想政治工作在企业人性化管理中的重要作用,以期使企业思想政治工作得到重视。
The humanism management is a modern management mode which popularized in the enterprises. Through analyzing and researching the communicating places of humanism management and the idea and political education, playing the function of the enterprise＇s ideological and political work to the management, helping the staff, promoting people better, make enterprise＇s humanism management get more complete development, the article expounds the important function of the idea and political work in enterprise＇s humanism management, in order to attach more importance to the enterprise＇s idea and political work.
