摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,在电场热处理条件下,合成了晶粒尺寸为40~50nm的TiO2-ZrO2复合薄膜。通过X光电子能谱(XPS)及X射线衍射(XRD)分析,确定了部分N原子在TiO2网络结构中以取代O原子的形式存在,即复合薄膜中形成了非整比化合物TiO2-xNx;通过紫外可见光谱(UV-VIS)测试薄膜的吸收光谱,观察到掺N复合薄膜的吸收截止波长为550nm,复合薄膜对500nm左右的可见光波段仍有显著吸收,说明吸收边发生了红移;光催化实验表明:在紫外及可见光催化下,掺N复合薄膜对大肠杆菌的灭菌率均有较大提高,以取代形式掺杂的N对窄化带隙和提高可见光催化活性起到了非常重要的作用。
The nitrogen-doped TiO2-ZrO2 co-extruded film with the grain size of 40~50 nm has been synthesized by sol-gel process in electric field. The XPS and XRD analysis show that some of the nitrogen-atom substitutes the oxygen-deficient in the co-extruded film and TiO2-xNx compound appears. The Einstein shift in the optical absorbance spectrum of the nitrogen-doped co-extruded film is also observed by UV-VIS, and the cut wavelength approximates 550 nm. The photocatalysis result shows that the inactivation rate to colibacillus increases largely for the nitrogen-doped co-extruded film at both of UV and VIS lights. It could be concluded that the doped nitrogen substitution in form is effective to narrow the gap and enhance the photocatalysis.
