导线连接箱体内电路上耦合干扰电流分析

摘要 应用时域有限差分(finite difference time domain,FDTD)法对电磁干扰脉冲作用下,导线连接屏蔽箱体内电路上的耦合干扰电流进行了建模和仿真模拟。结果表明,当有导线穿过屏蔽箱体时,箱体内电路上的耦合干扰电流会显著增强,连接导线的长度、电磁干扰脉冲的入射角度对箱体内电路上的干扰电流都有影响。并提出了一种用开口金属环抑制这种干扰电流的方法。 The finite difference time domain method was used to simulate an electromagnetic induced current on the circuits inside a shielding box penetrated by a wire with an aperture. Results show that a penetrative wire can increase the induced current on circuits greatly. The wire's length and incident angle of the electromagnetic wave have significant effects on electromagnetic interference in the box. We also proposed a method to suppress the interference current using a metal ferrule.
