摘要
通过区域可持续指标体系设置、指标权重确定、指标量化、距离函数模型选取等步骤,建立起区域可持续发展制约因素的识别方法;以潍坊市沿海地区为例,根据综合距离计算结果,运用综合距离排序,识别出区域可持续发展的制约因素;针对制约因素,立足区域特点,从增强资源保障能力、提高经济运行质量、促进和谐社会构建、加强生态环境保护4个方面提出对策建议。
An index system for regional sustainable development is designed, and the weight of the index system is assigned, and the indicators are quantified, and the distance function model is adopted, and then a method to identify the limiting factors of regional sustainable development is established. In case of Weifang coastal area, limiting factors of regional sustainable development are identified according to the results; countermeasures on resources conserving and economy developing and harmonious society constructing and environment protecting are put forward.
