摘要
本文针对轿车车内后排噪声高的问题,运用主观评价和试验测试及分析两种方法进行了声源识别,结果发现后排噪声主要是后轮包的振动产生的辐射噪声所致。在此基础上结合实际,提出了悬架优化、轮包结构优化和隔绝声源传播途径等一系列降噪措施,取得了十分显著的效果。
In order to reduce the noise of the rear seats,subjective evaluation and pilot testing and analysis are taken to identify the noise source.The result shows that the noise source of rear seats results from the radiating noise of rear wheel chamber vibration.So a series of measures such as the hang optimization,the structural optimization of wheel chamber and isolating the spreading approach of the noise source are taken to reduce noise,and the marked effect is gained.
