摘要
合成了新试剂二安替比林-(邻-乙氧基)苯基甲烷(DAoEM);根据Cu2+对H3PO4-Mn(Ⅲ)-Cr(Ⅵ)DAoEM显色体系的干扰褪色作用,建立了一个测定微量铜的新方法。其检出限为4×10-6g/L,铜离子含量在20—160μg/L范围内与lg(A0/A)成良好线性关系,体系稳定性和选择性良好。用于铅样中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。
Diantipyryl- (o-ethoxy)-phenylmethane(DAoEM )has been synthesired and identified. Accordingto decolouring reaction of Cu2+ by color system of H3PO4-Mn (Ⅱ)-Cr (Ⅵ)-DAoEM,a method of determination of Cu2+ is found. The detection liInit is 4×10-6g/L, in the range of 20-160μg/L ofCu2+,a good linear relationship exist between the concentration of Cu2+and lg (A0/A ). The sydtem'sstability and selectivity is good. This method had been applied to the determination of Cu2+in lead sample and the resut is satisfactory.
