摘要
以废旧锂离子电池为原料,用硫酸溶解,采用共沉淀法制备出CoFe2O4纳米晶体。借助于XRD、IR和TEM等手段,考察了煅烧温度对产品晶态及颗粒形貌的影响。结果表明:共沉淀pH值为10.0。随煅烧温度升高,产品颗粒增大,适宜的煅烧温度为700℃;所得产物的晶粒度约为32.7nm。
The preparation of cobalt ferrite nanocrystals by coprecipitation method using spent lithium-ion batteries dissolved in H2SO4 was studied . The suitable coprecipitation pH value is 10.0. The effects of calcining temperature on the structure and morphology of products were studied by XRD, IR and TEM. The results show that the particle average size increases with the increasing of the calcined temperatures. The suitable calcined temperature is 700 ℃ and the crystallite of cobalt ferrites is 32.7 nm.
