摘要
超深井衬管打捞是大修井作业的一个难点。针对打捞工具缺乏,铁屑携带困难等现状,CX565井以割捞一体化工艺和磨铣工艺为主,成功打捞出273.90 m衬管,达到了修井目的。对割捞一体化工艺和磨铣工艺在深井段的应用情况进行了分析,提出了新的思路和建议。该井深井段衬管的成功处理和多种修井工艺的成功应用,为今后超深井大修作业积累了经验。
Liner fishing is a difficult point in the ultra-deep well workover operation. Because of the lack of fishing tools and the difficulty in carrying iron cuttings, CX565 well succeeded in fishing the liner by using the cutting-fishing operation and milling technique. New solution and advice are achieved by analyzing the cutting-fishing operation and milling technique in the deep well section in the paper. From the successful case, the valuable experiences and provide references for workover operation of ultra-deep well in the future are accumulated.
