摘要
利用文献[1]提出的仿真方法,对碳钢和不锈钢直缝焊管的辊成形加工过程进行了系统的描述。分析了辊轮间距离,辊轮数及管壁的厚度与直径比对成形方向膜应变最大值(εxo)max的影响,探讨了在给定的最大膜应变平均值(Exo)max情况下管径与带料厚度在成形中的关系。所得结果与实际生产中的变形特征吻合良好。
Using the muti-purpose simulator of roll-forming process developed by the author of this study , the forming process of carbon and stainless steel welded pipes , was systematically simulated. Effect of interstand distance ,stand number and thickness/diameter ratio of the pipe on the maximum longitudinal membrane strain occured in forming processes , and the relationship between sheet thickness and pipe diameter under given (Ex0 )max is analysed. The results show good correspondence to the deformation features observed in production.
