摘要
针对现有视频监控系统的状况及特点,探讨了如何实现视频监控领域内大范围的互连互通,最大限度地进行资源共享。在深入研究会话启动协议(SIP)的基础上,根据制定的《城市监控报警联网系统技术标准》,提出了数字网络视频监控系统中SIP信令系统的设计方法.为"平安城市"的建设提供技术方案。
In allusion to the actual situation and characteristic of existing monitoring system, the methods of how to realize the interconnection and intercommunication on a large scale in video monitoring field are discussed. Based on the deeply researching of Session Initiation Protocol （SIP） and the ＂Technical Specification of City Area Monitoring and Alarming Network System＂, the design of SIP signal system in video monitoring system in digital network is proposed, and thus makes sense to the construction of ＂Security City＂.
