摘要
在分析区域经济发展水平的基础上,从经济发展对环境的影响和对社会的贡献程度出发建立了经济、社会与环境协调发展评价指标体系,进而建立了分层模糊综合评价模型。利用此模型对青岛市2000—2005年的经济、社会与环境的整体协调发展状况进行了评价和分析,提出了促进青岛市经济环境社会协调发展的适应性对策。
On the basis of analyzing the development of regional economies, the evaluation index system of the harmonious development for the regional economy, society and environment has been established by following the aspect： the economic development, its effect on the environment and its contribution to the society. After that, we have structured the hierarchic fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. Using this model, we have evaluated and analyzed the overall harmonious development of Qingdao City＇s economy, society and environment in the years 2000-2005 and proposed some compatible countermeasures.
