摘要
基于三维造型软件UG构建卧卷夹钳的三维实体模型,采用Parasolid图形交换格式实现与机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS之间的数据交换,在ADAMS中建立卧卷夹钳的虚拟样机模型。对虚拟样机模型进行动力学仿真,得到的仿真结果符合实际情况,说明虚拟样机模型构建合理,仿真具有可信性。
A 3D solid model of horizontal clamp is established based on the software UG Parasolid is used to convert the UG model data to ADAMS, and then the virtual prototype is built in ADAMS. The prototype is simulated and the results conform to the actual operation, showing that the virtual prototype built is reasonable and the simulation results are credible.
