奥亭加普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨奥亭加普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗感冒后咳嗽的疗效。方法感冒后咳嗽患者112例,随机分为两组,治疗组给予奥亭口服,每日3次,每次10ml,普米克令舒1mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液2ml雾化吸入,每日一次,每次20min,对照组给予奥亭口服,每日3次,每次10ml,疗程共5天,观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率达94.6%,对照组总有效率达78.6%,比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论奥亭加普米克令舒雾化吸入可有效改善感冒后咳嗽患者的症状,是有效的治疗方法之一。 Objective To discuss the curative effect of COFETOL cough syrup combined with aerosol inhalation of pulmicort in treating cough after upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 112 cases with cold were randomly divided into 2 groups : treatment group and control group; 10ml of COFETOL cough syrup, once, 3 times a day, and aerosol inhalation with lmg pulmicort in 2ml of 0.9% sodium chloride, once a day, 20 minutes once, were given to treatment group while only COFETOL cough syrup was given to control group ; the course of treatment lasted for 5 days, and the curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 94.6 % and that in control group was 78.6 %, the difference was obvious ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion COFETOL cough syrup combined with aerosol inhalation of pulmicort can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients with cough after cold.
