摘要
目的通过监测口岸辖区内珠江水中水源性传染病病源,有效地预防水源性传染病在国境口岸的传播。方法采集珠江水进行沙门氏菌分离培养,挑选革兰阴性杆菌、沙门氏菌血清凝集试验阳性者,按照国标法进行生化鉴定。结果检出一株能与沙门氏菌属A-F群"O"多价血清发生强凝集反应的奇异变形杆菌。结论珠江水中检出与沙门氏菌具有共同抗原的奇异变形杆菌,为监测和控制口岸疾病流行情况、监测菌型变迁和疾病流行的关联性、分析流行因素提供重要依据。
Objective To prevent the spreading of water-born infectious diseases, do effective surveillance on their pathogeny in Zhujiang water at the frontier port area.Methods Water samples were taken to isolate and culture Salmonella, choose gram negative but Salmonella agglutination positive bacterium, do biochemistry identification according to the national standard. Results A Proteus.mirabilis strain was determined, which could strongly react with ＂O＂ polyvalent serum of Salmonella A-F groups. Conclusion There is Proteus.mirabilis in Zhujiang water, the bacterium possesses same antigen with Salmonella, monitoring the relationship between the bacteria differentiation and transmission of disease is very meaningful.
