摘要
分析了当前我国能源形势,介绍了超临界机组的优点、直流锅炉的启动过程及特点和启动旁路系统的主要作用;其次详细介绍了超临界直流锅炉启动过程中存在的问题,举例说明了启动过程中所产生疏水的量;最后得出结论认为对锅炉启动和低负荷运行时产生的疏水进行回收都是必要的,而且是十分有意义的,并给出了几种回收方法。
As analyzing of the current energy situation in China, this paper also introduce the advantages of the supercritical unit, start-up of once-through boiler and its characters, and the function of start-up and bypass system. Then some problems in the start-up process and the flux of the drainage with real examples are indicated. So it is necessary for us to recover drainage which is significant too. The methods of drainage recovery are suggested in the end.
