摘要
利用多光子电离与飞行时间质谱相结合的实验方法,分析了甲胺分子在355nm和240nm激光作用下的电离信号随激光强度的变化.在355nm激光作用下,随着激光能量的增强,母体离子信号消失,大质量数的离子信号减弱,小质量数的离子信号增强;而240nm激光作用下,随激光能量的增大,各种离子信号强度均增强,但是其幅度不同.通过分析跃迁概率方程中各参量的变化对分子跃迁的影响,对上述实验现象做出了合理的解释.
The MPI mass spectrum of methylamine has been studied at 355 nm and 240 nm. Under 355 nm laser, the mother ion intensity of methylamine decreases till disappeared with the increasing of laser energy. The intensity of ions with larger mass trails off, but the smallel: mass ions intensity increases highly. Under 240 nm layer, with laser intensity increasing, the intensities of all kinds of ions in the mass spectrum are enhanced, but the degrees are not the same. After analyzing the parameters in the transition probability equation, reasonable explanation is given.
