摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料,通过半连续加料方式合成了适合制备阳离子型丁苯胶乳的附聚剂,并进一步合成了大粒径阳离子丁苯胶乳。研究结果表明,单体配比、单体投料方式、附聚剂加入量、阳离子乳化剂滴加时间以及阳离子化后丁苯胶乳pH值是合成大粒径阳离子丁苯胶乳的关键因素。通过调节这几个因素可以合成不同粒径大小的稳定阳离子丁苯胶乳。
The preparation of the agglomerating agent for the synthesis of polybutadiene latex and cationization of anionic polybutadiene latex were studied. In addition, the effects of the amount and ratio of the agglomerated latex, the pH of butadiene-styrene latex after cationizat stability of regulating polybuta ion, the adding time of cationic emulsion on the particle size and the diene latex were considered as the key factors in the synthesis. By these factors different particle size and stability of cationic butadiene-styrene latex were obtained.
