摘要
运行于电网中的电力变压器,不可避免地将遭受各种短路故障的冲击,由于短路电流产生的巨大电动力和绕组的瞬间急剧发热,会造成变压器绕组变形。文章从漏磁场的分布及类型等特点分析了绕组变形的故障机理,指出绕组变形引起的磁路变化将影响漏磁场的分布状态,从而将直接导致变压器漏电感参数发生变化。同时推导了漏电感的线性磁路计算方法,进一步验证绕组变形与漏电感参数之间的物理关系。变压器绕组漏电感参数的准确实时测量将成为绕组变形监测、尤其是从离线到在线监测技术发展的新的研究方向。
In power systems, the tremendous electromagnetic stresses and thermal accumulation caused directly or indirectly by the short circuits will do harm to the transformer windings, such as wingding deformation. From the distribution and type of the leakage magnetic field, the mechanism of winging deformation is analyzed, and the influence on the leakage magnetic field distribution of the change of leakage magnetic path caused by the winging deformation is pointed out, which can directly influence the leakage inductance. Meanwhile, the magnetic circuit algorithm for calculating leakage inductance is deduced, which validates the relation that the value of leakage inductance relics on dimensions and positions of transformer windings. Depending on the relation between winding deformation and leak inductance, it is pointed that the exact and real-time calculation of leakage inductance is the key factor of winding deformation monitoring, especially of the technique development from off-fine to on-line monitoring.
