摘要
以新疆布尔津县为例,结合当地环境保护和管理工作的需求,采用2002年和2004年新疆生态遥感监测工作的基础数据,利用景观生态学理论和RS/GIS技术,对先行的基于行政区域为单元的环境质量评价方法和技术规定进行改进,完成了基于景观单元的环境质量综合评价,实现了由各指标单因子的专题评价到各指标多因子的综合评价,以及由景观生态单元的局部评价到县(市)、地区、区(省)级行政单元的整体评价,使评价结果既有利于从宏观上了解区域环境状况,同时也为局部的治理提供依据。评价结果表明:2004年布尔津县环境质量属优、良、一般、较差和差的区域面积比例分别为12.8%,13.5%,34.7%,23.3%和15.7%;与2002年相比,全县环境的总体状况没有发生大的变化,仍属于一般级水平。评价结果符合实际情况,基于景观单元的环境质量评价方法可行。
In this study, a case study on integrated evaluation of environmental quality in Burqin County, Xinjiang, is carried out based on the landscape units and the consideration of the demands of environmental protection and management by using the basic RS-monitoring data of ecology in Xinjiang in 2002 and 2004, landscape ecology theory and RS/GIS means. After improving the previous methods and technical stipulation of environmental quality evaluation based on administrative districts, the thematic environmental quality evaluation based on single index factor, integrated environmental quality evaluation based on multiple index factors, local environmental quality evaluation, and general environmental quality evaluation at various administration district units at county, prefecture and province levels, are also carried out. The evaluated results can provide the references for understanding the regional environmental situation and also for improving the local environment. The evaluated results reveal that the area proportions of environmental quality in the county in 2004 at fine, good, ecumenical, relatively poor and poor levels occupied 12.8%, 13.5%, 34.7%, 23.3% and 15.7% respectively. The results also show that there was no significant change in the overall environment quality in the county in 2004 compared with that in 2002, and the environmental quality in the county was at ecumenical level. The evaluated results of environmental quality in the county accord with the actual situation, and the evaluation methods of environmental quality based on the landscape units are applicable.
