摘要
辽宁"五点一线"政策的提出,迫切需要解决辽宁沿海经济带城市化建设的有关问题。通过对辽宁经济、人口、空间和生活方式四方面城市化水平现状的分析,提出该区城市发展存在的问题,认为未来辽宁沿海经济带的城市化发展以都市连绵带城市化发展模式为基础,加速产业集群的形成、扩大城市规模、深化户籍制度改革、促进投资主体多元化、建立生态转移支付制度,是解决沿海经济带城市化的重要对策。
The Five Points and One Line Strategy was advanced in Liaoning Province and some problems urgently need to be resolved concerning the urbanization in coastal economic zone. By analyzing the status of urbanization from four aspects such as economy, population factor, urban space and pattern of living in coastal economic zone, the research results come up with the existing problems in the development of the cities in this area, put forward that the urbanization of the coastal economic zone of Liaoning Province should base on the development model of that of megalopolis and indicate that accelerating formation of industrial clusters,expanding city size, deepening reform of China＇s household registration system, promoting diversity of the main body of investment,perfecting and establashing ecological transfer payment system are the important countermeasures to the urbanization of coastal economic zone
