摘要
介绍清华大学图书馆学科馆员及学科服务的工作进展,重点描述在构建一套"为教学科研提供全程配套服务"的完整学科服务架构方面所进行的探索与实践。对于完善学科馆员的队伍化建设进行研究与探讨,包括学科馆员的角色定位、团队意识、综合素质培养。最后对学科馆员工作给图书馆带来的变化进行总结。
The paper introduces the present situation development of subject librarian and subject service in Tsinghua University Library and focuses on the exploration and practice about creating a series of integrated subject services framework -providing the matched services through the university teaching and scientific research. Then the paper discusses the team construction of subject librarian, including the orientation, team work, comprehensive development. Finally, the overview on library＇s achievements getting from subject service is done in the paper.
