摘要
当前大学生的心理健康状况和常规的心理健康教育状况不容乐观。分析了当代大学生的心理健康现状,阐述了高校图书馆开展"阅读疗法"的重要意义,提出了高校图书馆开展"阅读疗法"的具体措施。
The current college students and the mental health of the conventional mental health education situation is not optimistic. The analysis of the contemporary college students mental health state, and elaborated on the College Library ＂reading therapy＂ the importance of the proposed College Library ＂reading therapy＂ of specific measures.
