摘要
本文从外籍教师的英语教学现状入手,分析了目前外籍教师教学的利与弊,提出了合理分配中外教师资源的建议。
Based on the present teaching conditions of foreign English teachers, the paper analyses their advantages and disadvantages and introduces some suggestions to properly allocate human resource in teaching a foreign language.
