摘要
用溃变电镜法观察了12只大鼠小脑前核中皮质下行纤维终末的溃变变化、纤维形式及突触联系.结果表明,皮质纤维有三种溃变变化,以电子致密型变化为主.电子致密型溃变终末有三种纤维形式,即含圆形清亮小泡、多形小泡和混合型小泡终末.其突触联系主要是轴树和轴体突触.各核中出现的溃变变化、纤维形式,在数量上有很大差别.
The degenerated changes, terminals types and synaptic connections of the cortical fibers in the precerebellar nuclei(PrCN), containing pontine uncleus(PN) necleus reticularis tegmenti pontis(NRTP) lateral reticular nuclei(LRN) inferior olivary nuclus(IO) and paramedian reticular nuclei(PMRN) were observed electromicroscopically after surgical oblation of the sensorimotor area cortex in 12 rats. There were three kinds of degenerated changes, electron density, filamentous and electron lucent degeneration. The electron dense degenerations, the most obvious of these changes, showed different terminal types. Among the electron dense degenerations predominant were the terminals containing round clear vesicles and distributed in all of the PrCN while a few of them were the terminals containing pleomorphic vesicles and distributed in the PN NRPT IO and LRN, and the fewest of them were the terminals containing mixed vesicles and only appearing in the IO and PMRN. The cortical fibers in the PrCN mainly formed the asymmetrical and symmetrical axodendrite and axosomatic synaptic relationships.
