摘要
在多年项目管理实践的基础上,通过分析施工项目管理中普遍存在的、制约项目经济效益提升的难点,提出了应对解决难点问题的途径,对完善项目管理、提高经济效益具有重要作用。
Based on many years＇ experience in practicing items management, the paper analyzes some approaches to solve these difficult point problems with existed widespreadly and restricting items economical benefits＇ promoting in construction items management, which will have a important sense to perfect effectively items management and furtherly promotes economical benefits.
