摘要
目的探讨大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗Graves眼病（GO）的疗效。方法40例GO患者每日静脉滴注大剂量甲基强的松龙（1000mg／d）3—5d，继以醋酸泼尼松lmg／（kg·d）口服，逐渐减量至最小维持量，维持至3—6个月停药。结果总有效率92％，畏光流泪、结膜充血水肿有效率达100％，眼部异物感改善率96．9％，眼球活动减少改善率96．2％，复视改善率96．4％，视力减退改善率81．8％，斜视改善率83．3％，突眼改善率82．9％。结论大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗有利于GO的改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of high - dose methylpredinisolone to Graves oculopathy. Methods Forty patients with Graves oculopathy were administered high- dose methyl- prednisolone（ 1000 mg/d） by intravenous injections for three to five days,then they were given prednisone acetate with dose of lmg/（kg · d）. Prednisone was reduced step by step to minimal maintenance dose,and was maintained for three to six months. Results Total effective rate was 92%. Effective rate was 100% on photophobia, lachrymation, hyperemia and edema of conjunctiva. Improvement rates were 96.9% on foreign body sensation,96.4% on diplopia, 81.8 % on hypopsia,83.3 % on anorthopia , and 82.9% on exophthalmos respectively. Conclusion High -dose methylpredinisolone is effective to improve Graves oculopathy.
