摘要
采用实验室模拟的方法,就Pb2+对电镀锌钢板黑变现象的影响进行了研究,同时利用SEM、XRD、XPS及电化学测试方法对镀锌层的特性和表面膜结构进行了测试、分析。结果表明,Ph2+对电镀锌钢板黑变的影响极大;黑变表面膜的主要成分是ZnO1-x,本文还讨论了Pb2+对电镀锌钢板黑变影响的机制。
The effect of impurity pb2+ in the electrolyte on the black patina formation on galvanized sheet surface and the properties of the coatings have been investigated by SEM, XRD, XPS and humidity cabinet tests. The results show that the Pb2+ concentration has great effect on black patina formation, and the black patina consists mainly of ZnO1-x.
