摘要 为研究射孔器在高温高压条件下的实际工作状态,提高对射孔效能的认识,研制开发了高温高压射孔效能试验装置和试验枪。对目前常用的DP36RDX(89型)、DP44RDX(102型)、DP50RDX(127型)射孔弹进行了不同温度、不同压力条件下在砂岩靶、灰岩靶上的射孔试验研究,得出了穿深随不同温度、压力变化的基本规律。射孔弹在一定温度范围内穿深随温度的升高而下降。对3种射孔弹穿深变化的原因进行了分析,认为在高温高压条件下,弹型越大,受温度影响越大,其膨胀量越大,造成射孔弹总体结构改变的程度也越大,是射孔弹穿孔性能严重下降的主要原因。提出了2项改进射孔弹穿深的措施,即在射孔弹的口部加装橡胶圈;选择耐高温弹性胶对弹壳和药型罩之间封口,保证在高温条件下不失去弹性和粘接性。 In order to study actual perforation effect under wellbore conditions, developed are high temperature & high pressure experimental system for evaluating perforation effects and ex- perimental perforators. Conventional perforating charges including DP36RDX (89 type), DP44RDX(102 type) and DP50RDX(127 type) which are respectively loaded with 3 1/2 in, 4 in and 5 in guns have been tested on sandstone and limestone targets under different temperature pressure conditions. Analyzed are the basic changing trends of perforation penetration under such situations. Their penetration performances decrease with the increase of the testing temperatures within the range of different temperatures. Reasons about the changes of penetration for these three perforating charges are analyzed. The improvements are presented to increase perforation penetration in the formation with high temperature ~ high pressure conditions.
